• What You'll Do:*
As the Lead Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy of our design department. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing the department's vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with our company ethos.
• Overseeing design production, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Building and leading a talented design team while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Expanding into new markets and regions, working closely with operational partners to mitigate risks.
• Managing the P&L for the Design and Procurement business unit and driving profitability.
• Identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leading cross-functional initiatives to enable design scalability and growth.
• About You:*
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interiors or Architecture (NCIDQ / CID preferred).
• 12+ years of professional experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large, global teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Strong creative vision and experience developing brand standards.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, Rhino, and V-ray.
• Familiarity with project management and spec writing software.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and sense of humor.

Salary: $ 180,000.00 Per Year
