Director of Design

A company is looking for a Director of Design & Development to lead the execution of amenity spaces in commercial office buildings. Key Responsibilities Lead the design development process from concept through construction for new and renovated amenity spaces Serve as the primary design point of contact for client stakeholders and facilitate presentations while aligning creative work with business goals Create and manage design documentation and standards, ensuring designs meet client brand standards across projects Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in interior design or architecture, preferably in commercial, hospitality, or workplace projects Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit preferred Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual vision and technical precision Experience sourcing and specifying FF&E with procurement oversight
