Director of Commercial Design Studio

About the Job We are seeking an experienced and skilled DESIGN STUDIO DIRECTOR to lead our commercial design projects and drive business growth. Responsibilities Main Responsibilities: • Develop and implement design strategies that meet client needs and align with our company goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution, meeting deadlines and budgets. • Mentoring junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Staying current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design capabilities. Requirements Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in commercial interior design, preferably in a leadership role. • Strong portfolio demonstrating your design expertise. PREFERRED SKILLS: • Proficiency in REVIT, Autodesk, and other design software. • Experience working with commercial furniture specifications and procurement processes. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
