Senior Interior Designer Xometry powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting innovators with manufacturers. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Interior Designer to lead our interior design efforts. This is a critical role that will drive Xometry's interior design strategy, identifying and executing projects that align with our strategic objectives and accelerate our market leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading all phases of interior design projects, from concept development to implementation. This Senior Interior Designer will report to the VP of Design. Responsibilities: • Interior Design Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Xometry's interior design strategy, aligned with overall corporate objectives and growth initiatives. • Project Management: Lead all aspects of interior design projects, including: • Design Development: Proactively identify and develop innovative interior design concepts through research, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Implementation Planning: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution of interior design projects. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the interior design industry. • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential interior design opportunities. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. • 5+ years of progressive experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field, with a strong focus on project management. • Proven track record of leading and executing successful interior design projects, from concept development to implementation. • Deep understanding of the interior design process, including design development, implementation planning, and relationship management. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
