Space Design Analyst Job Opportunity Martek is seeking a highly skilled Space Design Analyst to provide program support and activities related to interior construction and fit-out. Responsibilities: • Utilize space planning, interior design/specifications, and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) expertise to assess client requirements and develop designs. • Provide maintenance, direction, and oversight to personnel engaged in space management and move program operations. • Offer expert technical advice, guidance, and assistance on matters dealing with space utilization and integration of interior finishes and furnishings. • Collaborate with real estate and other subject matter experts to develop and evaluate interior design and FFE alternatives. Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of specialized experience are required. The ideal candidate will have experience in space management, office planning, and interior design (FFE).
