B&N Architect Designer Responsibilities • Prepare construction drawing development from initial concept design to completing construction documents under supervision • Participate as an integral member of project team from start to finish • Ability to complete tasks with little to minimal supervision including site surveying, due diligence, code compliance, design development, construction documentation, permitting and construction administration Skills And Qualifications • Architectural related degree from an NAAB accredited program • Architect registration is not required but must have a desire to become registered • 0-5 years of related architectural design experience • Proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred • Excellent communication skills; self-motivated, adaptable, and strong in time management and organization • Detail oriented with a strong attention to quality and design We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, age, national origin, disability status, marital status, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
