About the position The In-Home Design & Sales Consultant position at Custom Decorators, Inc. (CDI) involves partnering with the company to provide expert guidance and sales of custom window treatments directly in clients' homes. This role is designed for experienced design and sales professionals who can leverage their background in interior design or related fields to enhance customer experiences and drive sales. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and the potential for uncapped earnings based on sales performance.
