About the position The In-Home Design & Sales Consultant position at Custom Decorators, Inc. (CDI) involves partnering with the company to provide expert guidance and sales of custom window treatments in clients' homes. This role is ideal for experienced design and sales professionals who are Spanish-speaking and offers flexibility in scheduling and uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities • Consult with clients in their homes to understand their window treatment needs. • Provide expert design advice and product recommendations. • Quote prices and enter orders during client appointments. • Track orders and manage installation schedules. • Collaborate with the client services satisfaction team to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements • Experience in interior design, window treatment sales, or related fields. • Strong communication skills, particularly in Spanish. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Nice-to-haves • Degree in design or a related field. • Background in flooring sales, closet design, or kitchen & bath design.
