About the position Responsibilities • Consult with clients in their homes to understand their window treatment needs. • Provide expert design advice and product recommendations. • Manage the entire sales process from consultation to installation. • Access and utilize technology to quote prices and track orders in real-time. • Collaborate with the client services satisfaction team to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements • Experience in interior design or window treatment sales. • Strong sales skills and customer service orientation. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Nice-to-haves • Degree in design or a related field. • Background in flooring sales, closet design, or kitchen & bath sales.
