About the position Responsibilities • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences for window treatments. • Provide expert design advice and product recommendations to clients. • Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to installation. • Utilize technology to access client and sales information on-the-go. • Quote prices and enter orders during client meetings. • Collaborate with the client services satisfaction team to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements • Experience in interior design, window treatment sales, or related fields. • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
