About the position Responsibilities • Provide in-home consultations for custom window treatments. • Manage all aspects of customer projects from design to installation. • Quote prices and enter orders in clients' homes. • Access and track client and sales information remotely. • Collaborate with the client services satisfaction team to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements • Experience in interior design or related fields. • Background in window treatment sales or similar sales experience. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong customer service and communication skills.
