The Roberts Design Premiere Interiors is seeking a high-energy, talented, experienced Designer to join our growing team at the largest equestrian complex in the United States. We are looking for a Designer who will bring fresh perspectives and make a positive impact through design. You will work as part of a team to design large custom homes up to 25,000 sq. ft., five-star hotels, large retail spaces, and restaurants. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, collaborating with internal and external teams and partners to ensure design integrity and client satisfaction. Successful candidates will meet our minimum requirements and possess strong creative and technical design skills, excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and initiative to influence design decisions. Job requirements include: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an interior design or architectural environment • Degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture, or a related field • Experience working through all design phases • Ability to collaborate with Senior Designers and project teams • Coordination with construction teams • Managing multiple projects simultaneously • Procurement, purchasing, and order tracking • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of drafting interior design drawings, finish plans, material specifications, schedules, RCP, and electrical plans • Maintaining project files, correspondence, and drawings • Creating and updating specification sheets • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to meet strict deadlines • Balance of creative design and technical proficiency • Assisting with office management tasks Seniority level • Mid-Senior level Employment type • Full-time Job function • Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries • Accessible Architecture and Design, Interior Design, Retail Furniture, and Home Furnishings Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at World Equestrian Center by 2x.
