Intermediate Designer FORGE Architecture + Design We're looking for an Intermediate Designer to join our collaborative, design-forward studio in San Francisco. This is a growth opportunity for a thoughtful and technically strong designer eager to contribute across project phasesfrom concept to construction. You'll work closely with senior staff, bring fresh ideas to the table, and develop your skillset through meaningful design, strong mentorship, and exposure to diverse project types. Collaborate with design teams on early concepts and visioning Develop space plans, design presentations, and production drawings Assist with material and finish selections, furniture and lighting specs Translate redlines into detailed, accurate documents Contribute to high-quality deliverablestechnical and visual Participate in office initiatives and support marketing materials or RFPs as needed 37 years of interior design or architecture experience (commercial sector preferred) ~ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office ~ Basic understanding of codes, space planning principles, and permit process ~ Strong graphic communication and visualization skills ~ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture Clear, complete drawing sets that require minimal rework Creative and executable design ideas rooted in research High-quality digital presentations Projects delivered on time, within hours allocated Positive contributions to team culture and future project selection We're a strategy-forward architecture and interiors firm designing spaces that connect, inspire, and perform.
