Designer & Installer - Interior Window Treatments

Design and Install Custom Window Treatments We are seeking an experienced design and sales professional to partner with us as an in-home custom window treatment Designer and Installer. • This includes interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery & outdoor roller shades. You will work closely with our team to provide expert guidance, premium products, professional installation, and exceptional customer service across the United States and Canada. Requirements • Excellent sales and customer service skills. • Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold (training is provided). • Ability to anticipate customer's needs through following an industry-proven sales process. • Must have a reliable truck or van to transport window treatments. • Possess all applicable state and local licenses. Physical Requirements • Periods of standing and walking throughout the in-home and retail spaces. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Training and onboarding compensation provided for this commissioned position with the company.
