With a reputation for exceptional design quality and attention to detail, they create immersive guest experiences that combine functionality with refined aesthetics. Position Overview Our client is seeking a Designer III with 6+ years experience in high-end hospitality and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Reporting to the Senior Designer, the Designer III leads project design from concept through completion with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment with client goals and studio standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead project design development from concept to completion under minimal supervision. • Ensure internal deliverables and approvals meet project schedules as set by Design Manager and Senior Designer. • Review and provide guidance on work produced by junior design team members. • Translate design concepts into tangible solutions including space plans, drawings, models, and presentations. • Utilize SketchUp and Enscape extensively for design development and visualization. • Understand and interpret client program requirements and constraints to deliver tailored design solutions. • Coordinate and review design-related deliverables with external consultants, including renderings and prototypes. • Lead internal coordination for construction documentation, specifications, and material selections. • Train and mentor Designers II, I, and Assistants, ensuring adherence to studio design processes and documentation standards. Qualifications • Proven experience managing interior design projects from concept to completion. • Expert level proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape and knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe creative suite. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Strong interpersonal skills with experience mentoring junior staff. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
