About the Job
We are designers of storied places.
OBMI is a global master planning, architecture, and interior design practice shaping luxury resorts, boutique hotels, private residences, and mixed-use destinations around the world. For 90 years, we’ve created places deeply rooted in land, culture, and emotion — balancing imagination, craft, and care.
Our Miami studio is growing, and we’re looking for exceptional Designer I, Designer II, and Project Designers to join our team. As part of our global design team, you’ll contribute to a diverse range of international projects — with a strong focus on hospitality and residential work — all within a dynamic, collaborative studio environment.
We’re seeking designers who bring curiosity, creativity, and strong collaboration skills, with experience (or passion!) in hospitality and residential sectors and an eye for thoughtful design.
If you’re the right candidate, you’ll be a driven designer with strong 2D/3D skills, a compelling visual portfolio, and confidence across multiple project stages — from early concept to detailed design. You’ll thrive in a team where ideas are shared openly, creativity is celebrated, and design excellence is at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking studio that values innovation, sustainability, storytelling, and integrity — helping to shape meaningful architecture on both a local and international stage.
Proficiency in Revit and/or Rhino is essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and teammates.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. Please ensure your application includes both your CV and portfolio. Once we have reviewed all submissions, we will reach out to candidates who meet our criteria to discuss the role and next steps.
