A Key Role on Our Team We're seeking a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Designer. Our Designers have a passion for helping customers see what is possible with the latest on-trend merchandise. They build meaningful relationships with their customers, using their comprehensive knowledge to guide and advise them in selecting furniture, fabrics, and decor that bring their vision to life. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales and deliver a differentiated experience through enriching customer interactions and elevated design offerings in-store, in-home, and virtually. • Create customized designs for customers using preferred design tools to create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists, and customer presentations. • Lead design consultations in person or remotely, ensuring timely delivery of projects within determined timelines. • Possess a clear understanding of our brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy across channels: Store, E-Commerce, Catalog. • Ensure full awareness of all product information, including characteristics, care instructions, and staying informed about industry trends. • Deliver individual sales, KPI, and service goals, engaging customers on the sales floor with our selling skills. • Actively listen to customers to identify products that meet their needs and communicate company loyalty services. • Support and model excellent service, demonstrating a positive attitude and enthusiasm to ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service. • Support store training and education on design services to drive a clear understanding of design services and offerings. • Develop lasting relationships with customers through networking and clienteling.
