Designer

Designers support the Senior Designers with the coordination of assigned projects. Including both administrative and technical responsibilities, this position ensures the projects run seamlessly from the early design stages through installation (and beyond). Primary Responsibilities • Provides assistance to the Senior Designer with design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of... furnishings and equipment, color schemes, and color coordination. • Assists with selections, designs, and purchases of FF&E • Creates renderings for design ideas ni form of paste-ups, drawings, or illustrations - to send to vendors for manufacturing and clients for creative visual. • Collaborates and coordinate seamlessly with clients, contractors, and consultants. • Is to attend client presentations, client meetings, and installations • Assists with preparing materials for design presentations, supports Senior Designer during presentations. • Organize and prioritize work efforts and assist with organizing team members, tasks, and meetings. • Understand the full project scope, foresee work needed and possible conflicts • Maintains detailed project files with systems in place • Enters line items into Studio Designer and creates proposals • CFA management and approval • Provides mentoring to Design Assistants assigned to the project team focusing both on assigning and coordinating work while also providing
