We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Lead to join our team. Job Description: As an Interior Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall direction and vision of our interior design services. This includes developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. You will lead a team of designers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion • Lead a team of designers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions to clients • Manage the overall direction and vision of our interior design services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: Education/Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in interior design or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion. In addition to base pay, you will also receive monthly incentive compensation based on written sales.
