Job Description The Interior Design Team Lead is responsible for leading the interior design team in delivering high-quality projects while fostering a collaborative design culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, projects, and clients. They will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the interior design team in delivering high-quality projects, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations. • Foster a collaborative design culture, promoting teamwork and creativity among team members. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery. • Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement. • Collaborate with marketing to develop business growth initiatives and branding strategies. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited college or university. • NCIDQ certification preferred, but not required. • A minimum of nine years of experience in design, with proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Excel. • Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work well in a team environment, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • A portfolio submission is required as part of the application process.
