As a Design Studio Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with our customers, helping them bring their design visions to life. Join us and be a part of our mission to inspire and create beautiful spaces for our customers. Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Engage with customers to understand their design needs and offer personalized recommendations. Utilize knowledge of Pottery Barn products and design principles to assist customers in creating their desired look. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, addressing any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in interior design concepts, including color theory, space planning, and product knowledge. Collaborate with customers to create mood boards, floor plans, and other visual aids to help them envision their space. Stay up to date on current design trends and Pottery Barn product offerings. Maintain a clean and organized Design Studio area, including product displays and samples. Work closely with sales associates to provide a seamless customer experience.
