Design Studio Specialist

At Pottery Barn, we are looking for a passionate and creative Design Studio Specialist to join our team in creating a one-of-a-kind retail experience. The Design Studio Specialist will be a key resource in helping customers envision and actualize their home design goals, while driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and a passion for helping customers bring their ideas to life. They must possess strong communication and organizational skills, be a team player and have a positive attitude. They should have experience with home decor and design, retail sales experience and a strong customer service orientation. The successful candidate will be confident in recommending merchandise and provide helpful guidance to our customers. They must also be proficient in using computers and other digital technology. Responsibilities: Assist customers with selecting and purchasing home decor and design items. Guide customers in creating a one-of-a-kind retail experience. Suggest merchandise and provide helpful guidance to customers. Utilize computers and other digital technology to facilitate customer purchases. Maintain a high level of customer service while driving sales. Remain knowledgeable on trends and current styles in home decor and design. Ensure that the store is kept organized and aesthetically pleasing. Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain store goals. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
