Interior Design Studio Lead Job
We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to oversee our Interior Design studio. As a licensed or certified interior designer with a passion for business development, client relationships, and team leadership, you will shape the growth of our dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.

• Job Description:
• This is a mid-senior level position responsible for leading our Interior Design studio.

• The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in client-facing and project leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in business development and team leadership.
• This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• NCIDQ-certified or licensed Interior Designer (ID or eligible for reciprocity)
• 7+ years of experience in client-facing and project leadership roles
• Demonstrated business development success and local market knowledge
