Design Strategist for Commercial Interiors

Job Requirements The Commercial Interior Designer will be responsible for designing layouts, specifications, and finish selections, as well as reviewing plans for design integrity and compliance with code requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial interior design, space planning, and facility planning, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. Key Accountabilities • Attend initial client meetings to gather programming data. • Develop layouts, specifications, and finish selections. • Review plans for design integrity and compliance with code requirements. • Maintain contact with clients during critical phases of each job. Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field. • 3+ years of experience in commercial interior design, space planning, and facility planning. • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
