Design Specialist

The Design Specialist will collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute creative design projects. Responsibilities include producing graphics, researching trends and materials, creating designs using CAD tools, and assisting in architectural layouts and visualization. The Design Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the aesthetic quality and brand standards of Pottery Barn. Qualifications • Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating visually engaging graphics • Strong Research skills to identify trends and innovative design techniques • Experience in Architecture and design planning • Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and creativity • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and on-site work environment in Dallas, TX • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred • Prior experience in retail or home décor industries is a plus
