Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pittsburgh, PA for a Design Specialist. The Design Specialist will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts, developing visual layouts, and working on computer-aided design (CAD) projects. Additional responsibilities include researching design trends, collaborating with teams to meet client needs, and preparing graphic presentations and designs to support projects across various scales and categories. Qualifications • Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics-related software • Strong skills in Research and design exploration • Experience with Architecture and understanding of design principles • Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for creating precise design plans • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field • Experience in retail, interior design, or furniture design is a plus
