Interior Design Professional We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Professional to join our team. As an Interior Design Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional design solutions to clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven design services. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and preferences. • Partner with Sales Managers to provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams. • Collaborate with the team to ensure execution of operational excellence. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2-3 years in sales or interior design, with a residential emphasis. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and computer-aided design programs. • Advanced interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
