Job Summary of Design Services Consultant: The primary duty of a Floor & Decor Design Services Consultant involves actively interacting with customers on the sales floor, aiding them in their design aspirations, and facilitating design consultations to ascertain their preferences for tile, wood, stone, and decorative products. Collaboration with store management is integral to achieving sales targets and promoting the design services of the brand.
