Design Sales Professional

Kitchen Designer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design sales team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, from product selection to full kitchen design. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Requirements • Associates degree in Interior Design or related field (a plus) • 3+ years of kitchen and bath design experience • AKB or CKD certification (a plus) • Experience in home décor and renovation sales (kitchen & bath, furniture, surfaces, lighting, décor) • Strong command of cutting-edge technology, including various apps, virtual meetings, document sharing, CRM, and multi-platform integration • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) • 2020 Design experience • Interior or CAD-based design software experience (2020, Chief Architect, SketchUp, CAD, Revit; Adobe products a plus) Benefits Package • Annual salary + commissions + SPIFFs + full benefits package • Benefits include health, dental, 401K, short/long-term disability, paid time off, and education reimbursement
