Design Sales Consultant Job Summary of Design Sales Consultant: This position focuses on driving high end sales and cultivating strong client relationships at the Kohler Experience Center. It involves a customer centric approach with a blend of retail engagement and trade outreach, supporting the achievement of individual and team sales targets while enhancing the client experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Design Sales Consultant: • Meet and exceed sales goals through effective relationship management and product presentation. • Build and manage a pipeline using Salesforce to track leads, interactions, and opportunities. • Conduct daily customer follow ups, quoting, and lead nurturing activities. • Grow the client base through strategic outreach, referrals, and networking. • Engage with the professional design and building community through events and association meetings. • Deliver outstanding customer service and product expertise to support Kohler’s luxury retail experience. Qualifications and Experience of Design Sales Consultant: • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail or design environment. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Experience or education in interior design, architecture, or a related field preferred. • Ability to present tailored design solutions and effectively communicate Kohler’s value proposition.
