Vesta Home is seeking a Design Operations/Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for Iconic Modern’s Interior Design business. You will coordinate invoicing, procurement, scheduling, and ensure financials stay clean while supporting staging design as needed. You will be the cross-functional anchor among client relations, finance, warehouse operations, and sales to ensure projects run smoothly and scale effectively.
