This role suits a passionate interior designer who is ready to take the reins on impactful projects, elevate design standards, and shape inspiring spaces. In this role, you help to bridge the gap between design, development, and business stakeholders.What You Need:Education: A bachelor’s degree in interior design (or related field) and a minimum of 8 years of experience designing creative, standout interiors.Management Tools: Proficiency in project and financial management software as well as coordination tools like Smartsheet and Bluebeam for responsible leadership of teams and projects.Design Software: Mastery in Revit, CAD, InDesign, SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop.Project Knowledge: Experience leading large-scale projects through all phases with a proven track record for highly creative solutions, on-budget planning, and award-winning design.Exceptional relationship-building skills: You possess the ability to articulate vision, strategy, and design details to enhance teamwork, drive project success, and create lasting, positive relationships both internally and externally.Design Process: You possess an expert level of industry knowledge for the full scope of FFE and Design phases, construction administration, and consultant management.Client-Centric: You know how to build strong, positive relationships with clients, serving as a key contact and helping with business development opportunities. You understand the importance of clear communication and keeping everyone aligned on project goals.What You'll Do:Project Leadership: You’ll take the lead in managing project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring everything aligns with the contract and client expectations. You’ll also delegate tasks, track progress, and keep the project on track.Create & Innovate: Lead the creation of the project’s conceptual design vision and present it to the team and clients, articulating your ideas with clear logic and reasoning. You’ll be the driving force behind new design solutions.Mentor & Coach: You’ll mentor and guide the next generation of designers, helping them improve their skills and grow within the company.
