You will play a vital role in the selection process, working closely with future residents while serving as a liaison between the Project Manager and Sales Team. Key Responsibilities: • Guide residents through the selection of standard and upgrade finishes. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. • Coordinate budgeting and construction for resident improvement work. • Utilize highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. • Understand construction methodology and read construction drawings and specifications. • Communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. Qualifications: To qualify, you should have: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Design or a related field. • A Bachelor's degree, with a focus on Interior Design or Architecture preferred. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including public speaking. • A network with local community leaders and organizations. • A thorough understanding of operations and services within various care venues (independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing). • Strong relationships with local media.
