Passionate about customer service and interior design, the Design Center Consultant will coordinate and process interior design selections for Empire Communities’ home buyers. You will deliver outstanding service and design consultation while ensuring selections are processed in a timely manner. Learn more about our communities: https://www.empirecommunities.com/the-carolinas/ What you’ll be doing: • Confer with customers/buyers to determine design preferences, customer budget, and other factors which affect planning interior design • Provide follow-up with all assigned customers and liaise with production team, sales team, and trades partners to ensure the smooth delivery of our customers’ homes as well as preparing show homes • Follow industry trends to assist with product review & selection, monitor customer feedback, and support the Design Studio Team in general administrative tasks What you’ll bring: • A college diploma or undergraduate degree in Interior Design, Interior Decorating, or a relevant area of study • 2+ years of experience in interior decorating or related field • Knowledge of the home building industry, interior materials, installations, and construction processes Why Join Empire?
