Objective: Our successful candidate will be responsible for managing our design center, supporting sales and designers, complete initial concept drawings Using Chief Architect, working with residential and commercial clients on interior finishes, space layout & design. Supporting and coaching the design team. Additionally they will support our team in documenting all selections through the use of Builder Trend.. Full-time - yes Reports to: Project Director Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication • Management and leadership skills • Full interior design • 3-D rendering tools : Auto Cad/Revit • Chief Architect Design Software- thorough understanding of this software is a must • Builder Trend • Microsoft Office suite What you will do: • Manage the Titus design process and team • Full interior design (75-80% residential, 20-25% commercial) • Collaborate on design process • Direct all selections and client finishes, fixtures, lighting • Support other designers • Create and deliver presentations to clients • Travel for on-site design and coordination meetings as needed What we look for: • Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, AIA, CID, NCIDQ or equivalent accreditation a plus • 5 years of design experience minimum • Interior finishes, space layout & design (not furnishings) • Proficient in the use of Chief Architect • Experienced in residential remodel projects • Some experience with commercial projects, specifically workplace • Drafting is a bonus • Strong verbal and written communication • Experience in design for middle to higher end homes • Ability to instill confidence in clients • Customer friendly • Creative • Motivated • Flexible • Team attitude • Experience in BuilderTrend Software a bonus Compensation/Benefits: • Salary $80,000 - $95,000.00 depending on experience • Profit Sharing • Health Insurance benefits • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • 401K • Vehicle allowance • Phone stipend • Lifetime Fitness membership contribution • Up to a $1,800.00 signing bonus.
