Design Instructor Position

Interior Design Educator We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Lecturer to join our team in Mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and teaching, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities • Teach interior design courses to students at the tertiary level. • Develop and implement curriculum for interior design programs. • Assess student progress and provide feedback. • Maintain a dynamic classroom environment that encourages active learning. • Promote simulation-type concepts in class to expose students to real-life scenarios. • Use modern pedagogical tools such as videos, group discussions, debates, presentations, games/quizzes. • Liaise with industry stakeholders for student placements. • Organize industry visits and invite industry experts/speakers. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in interior design or relevant field from a recognized institution. • At least 5 years of experience in interior design, with demonstrated experience in teaching interior design or related field. • Superior management, presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and be proactive. • Computer orientation.
