Senior Interior Designer Role As a key player in our architectural team, we seek a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to lead the development of interior design concepts and strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive project design direction in close collaboration with senior leadership. • Formulate innovative design solutions and effectively communicate them to clients. • Direct complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. • Provide strategic design guidance to junior interior designers and project teams. • Assume responsibility for schematic design work, leading to successful project outcomes. • Contribute to the design control process throughout the project lifecycle, including design development, construction document preparation, and supervision. • Collaborate with architects to integrate design requirements with building architecture. • Prepare high-quality visualizations, drawings, models, and other essential project documents. • Coordinate internal design teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Select and procure products and finishes that meet project sustainability objectives. • Develop branding concepts for architectural projects and provide creative direction for furniture selection. Requirements: • Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior design and leadership roles. • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (BS/BA/BFA/MA/MFA). • Proven expertise in interior design and leadership, demonstrating progressive responsibilities in all phases of architecture projects. • Extensive experience in designing complex, large-scale workplace projects. • Exceptional Revit skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. • Experience in the construction phase and demonstrated knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction techniques. • Registered or pursuing registration as an architect or interior designer, with LEED AP certification. • Strong planning skills and excellent knowledge of furniture systems, interior finishes, and sustainable design practices. • Superb interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
