Design Director

Job Description The Senior Interior Designer will provide design direction and oversight for various interior design projects within Bank OZK. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts, selecting materials and finishes, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will have expertise in space planning, systems furniture specifications, building codes, and ADA requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, as well as Microsoft Office products, is also required. A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, along with 6+ years of experience in interior design or project management, is necessary for this position.
