Senior Interior Designer LHH is recruiting for a well-known developer and builder of luxury residential homes in Kirkland, WA. Their projects typically involve multi-million-dollar homes on the Eastside. They pride themselves on their design expertise and attention to detail, maintaining high standards for all their construction endeavors and subcontractors. You excel in dynamic settings where each day is different, and your contributions significantly impact the company's success. You possess a keen eye for design, balance, and scale, allowing you to visualize and create stunning end products. The Interior Design Associate will be tasked with creating high-end, visually striking homes for the Eastside market in Washington. You will develop comprehensive design packages, including detailed specifications and 3D renderings for each room, using software such as Revit and D5. You will collaborate closely with our Architectural Designers, Senior Design Manager, Construction team, subcontractors, and trades. Your goal will be to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept through completion. Design Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to company design standards, achieving 100% compliance for in-development projects and 80% for active ones. Implement corrective measures within 15 days for non-compliant projects. Provide high-quality, budget-friendly design packages using Revit, aiming for a 75% reduction in revisions and a 90% approval rate on first presentations. Create at least three presale design packages per project to enhance buyer experience and ease decision-making. Integrate new, sustainable materials into the library and apply cost-effective designs. Present quarterly updates on trends and materials. Collaboration: Work with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution, resolving issues within three days. Salary DOE: $70k – $140K base +an annual bonus based on personal contribution and company performance ~ 3 weeks PTO plus 8 Federal Holidays off ~ Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate and $50/month phone allowance ~ Health and dental benefits ~
