CKF is looking for a designer to join our design division to undertake a variety of projects utilizing our main product categories of cabinetry, countertops and home organization. You will work directly with builders, remodelers, and retail consumers to execute design ideas into workable and functional spaces. Responsibilities Interpret and translate customer needs into workable cabinet plans using 20.20 design softwarePrepare quotes, proposals, install packets, accurate orders and all other aspects required to complete the deign process and successfully complete the saleHandle assigned accounts as well as assist other designers as necessaryRead and interpret blue printsComplete projects by an assigned due dateCreate a positive experience for our customers by welcoming them, being helpful, anticipating and responding to their needs and provide exceptional service in a clean, comfortable and inviting environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the kitchen and bath industryBasic knowledge of 20.20 Design software or other equivalent design software and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as in a teamExcellent reading, communication, math and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced atmosphereBS in Interior Design or similar
