Design Consultant – Window & Door Sales Uncapped Earnings | Paid Training | Leads Provided Window World – Albuquerque, NM Are you a closer who leads with integrity? Do you enjoy helping homeowners improve their homes — not pressuring them? We're looking for a high-energy Design Consultant to join our growing team. This is an in-home sales position where you'll meet pre-qualified homeowners, design custom window and door solutions, and close deals the same day. What We Offer • Uncapped commission structure • Average reps earn $85,000–$140,000+ • Top performers earn significantly more • Pre-set, qualified appointments • Paid training & ongoing coaching • Proven sales process • Fuel card provided • Company-provided iPhone and iPad • Strong brand reputation and marketing support What You'll Do • Run 2–3 in-home appointments per day • Build rapport and conduct professional needs assessments • Measure windows and doors accurately • Present product options and pricing • Close on the first visit whenever possible • Generate referrals and self-generated leads • Follow up professionally and consistently Who You Are • Strong communicator with confidence and warmth • Competitive but ethical • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable asking for the sale • Available evenings and Saturdays • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Sales experience is preferred. In-home sales experience is a major plus. Home improvement experience is helpful but not required — we train the right person.
