About the position As a Design Consultant at Springs Window Fashions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing customer relationships within the window covering industry. This entry-level position focuses on generating revenue through in-home consultations, assisting customers in selecting the best window covering solutions, and collaborating with retail partners. Responsibilities • Conduct in-home sales consultations to assist customers with window covering selections. , • Finalize sales by submitting orders on behalf of customers. , • Work closely with big box retailers to educate and motivate staff about the company's products and services. , • Collaborate with Springs Field Sales Representatives and Window Treatment Installers to drive store leads. , • Communicate and plan effectively with team members and customers. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. , • 1-3 years of previous related work experience preferred. , • Valid driver's license required. , • Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile devices. , • Excellent communication and presentation skills. , • Ability to assess job sites and identify appropriate solutions for window coverings. , • Experience in interior design and color selection is a plus. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience in window treatment sales is a plus. , • Familiarity with CRM software and digital measuring tools.
