Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience and drive sales. Keep up-to-date with current design trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the most relevant and innovative solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent The Home Depot brand at all times. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales, and design projects. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting The Home Depot's values and mission.
