Design Consultant, Full Time Position Summary: Achieves sales quotas, maintains the appearance of sales floor, assists customers with selection of merchandise, maintains customer files and prospect programs, and completes administrative tasks as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Achieves established written and delivered sales quotas. • Prospects with major developers, realtors, architects, and projects on all Islands. • Prospects with potential clients on all Islands • Supports the retail store: Staffing the sales floor and assisting personal clients and “ups”, maintaining your assigned areas of retail floor and special order categories. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: • High School Diploma • Basic math and computer skills • Design-oriented background • Sales oriented background • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented • Organized and able to prioritize work • Customer service oriented • Able to work flexible hours • Well-groomed professional appearance/presentation Pay Structure: Great earnings potential with our commission-based compensation plan!
