Role Description We are seeking a full-time Design Consultant to join our team on-site at our Dedham, MA location. In this role, you will assist customers in creating personalized design solutions by providing expert advice on carpet, tile, hardwood, LVP , cabinets, counters and other home furnishings. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored recommendations, and guide them through selecting the best design options. Daily tasks will include consulting, creating design plans, driving sales, and ensuring positive customer experiences from start to finish. Qualifications • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively assist clients and support their design needs • Knowledge and experience in Interior Design, flooring, kitchen and bath design, and other Furnishings to provide expert recommendations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful client relationships • Proficiency in time management and the ability to multi-task • Experience in a retail or design setting is a plus • An educational background in Interior Design or a related field is highly desirable • Saturday work required
