Granite Transformations is looking for Kitchen and Bath Designers The ideal candidate should have a passion for home interior design, and strong in-home sales experience. The primary duties include in-home presentations to assist customers in selecting beautiful options for their Kitchens and Baths. We need someone who wants to sell beautiful high quality products with wide appeal. Our design... consultants achieve high close rates and typically make 100-125k in the first year with potential to make much more. We spend our advertising dollars on Internet print ads, home shows and direct mail to garner good leads for you. If you have experience in in-home sales, this would be a great position for you. Job Requirements: • Strong Sales Skills • Provide own transportation, Valid DL and vehicle insurance • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays • Remodeling Sales a plus • 2+ years of in-home sales experience preferred • Self-motivated Job Type: Full-time Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Paid training Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay Ability to Relocate: • St. Louis, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
