The Role & Opportunity: As a Design Consultant, you'll play a key role in our continued success. You'll conduct in-home consultations, partnering with clients to create stunning window treatment solutions that exceed their expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on combining creative design with a consultative approach to client relationships. What You'll Do: • Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified clients. • Develop customized window treatment designs that perfectly complement clients' lifestyles and budgets. • Showcase our range of motorization options and premium product lines. • Provide exceptional client experiences from initial consultation through seamless installation. • Maintain accurate measurements and documentation for efficient order processing. • Contribute to our company's growth in the high-end market. Who You Are: • A design enthusiast with a discerning eye for luxury finishes and custom solutions. • A natural problem-solver who enjoys building relationships with clients and understanding their needs. • A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills. • An adaptable professional comfortable managing a flexible schedule to meet client appointments, which may include some evenings and weekends. • Proven experience in client consultation and solution development, ideally in the luxury goods or home improvement industry. • A collaborative team player who thrives in a growing, family-oriented environment.
