Learn more about us: www.lehhomes.com As a Design Center Specialist, you'll be the face of our design process. You'll guide clients through selecting finishes and materials for their homes, ensuring every detail aligns with their vision. You'll record these choices in our system and generate accurate purchase orders for selected materials. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a love for working with people. We are hiring for two roles: one primary Design Center Specialist and one hybrid role that will also serve as a receptionist and backup design assistant. Responsibilities • Meet with clients to review and confirm design selections for their new homes • Help customers choose interior and exterior finishes, including flooring, paint, tile, roof material, and more • Enter selections into our project management system (BuilderTrend) • Generate purchase orders for selected materials (e.g., tile) • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client selection documentation • Provide support for general office/receptionist duties (in the hybrid role) • Step in as a backup Design Center Specialist as needed Qualifications • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software • Ability to work independently and follow processes • Interior design or decorating experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right candidate) • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required • Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite daily in El Paso, TX • Must live within a 30 to 45-minute commute of the office Compensation and Benefits • Full time position • Hourly pay: $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience • Paid time off • Paid holidays • Opportunities for growth and cross-training • Stable, full-time work schedule • Supportive and collaborative work environment LEH Homes is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding nondiscrimination.
