Design Associate

Design Associate Role This role requires excellent communication skills, experience, and savvy to meet new clients in their homes and sell them services and flooring products. Key responsibilities include sales, meeting with clients, following the sales system, coordinating installation time, assisting with product ordering, communicating customer needs, and performing final walk-throughs. • Sales: Act as the single point of contact for all types of flooring service requests • Meet with clients regarding their flooring project • Follow our Sales System using devices and software • Coordinate installation time and communication schedule • Assist with ordering products and communicate customer needs The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of in-home and/or outside sales experience, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a competitive drive to exceed sales targets. They should also be tech-savvy, comfortable speaking confidently in public, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
