As a Sales/Design Associate, you'll need to be self-motivated, an independent worker, great communicator, highly organized, and enjoy working some evenings and weekends. • No experience required • Paid training provided • Full-time position with opportunities for growth as the company expands • Annual company convention in Cabo, Mexico • Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by company) Key responsibilities include: • Meeting with clients at their homes regarding their flooring projects • Following our Sales System using our tablet, laptop, and software • Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests • Coordinating installation time and communication schedule with the Office Manager • Communicating customer needs and expectations to the Install Manager to ensure smooth job execution • Maintaining customer relationships and developing key referral sources to generate ongoing business • Engaging in ongoing training and educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense) Potential earnings are $60,000 for the average sales rep, with above-average reps earning $80,000 to $100,000+
